  • No. Submitting a Commission Request is free and does not place an order or reserve a production spot.

    A spot is secured only after both parties approve the Final Order Confirmation, an invoice is issued, and full payment is received.

  • Hikari will review your request and reply to the email you provided within 7 business days.

    Please submit one request per project unless Hikari asks you for an update.

  • Each project is reviewed and quoted individually. We’ll provide pricing after reviewing your Commission Request and confirming the project requirements.

  • Production timing varies depending on the project and stylist availability.

    We’ll confirm the expected schedule before the Final Order Confirmation, invoice, and payment.

  • Shipping availability depends on the destination.
