Yes. Our portfolio shows only a selection of previous work.
You can submit a request for a character or design that isn’t currently shown. Hikari will review the project before confirming whether we can accept it.

We’ll follow the approved design as closely as possible.
Because every wig is handmade, the final result may vary slightly due to materials, construction methods, wearability, and each stylist’s techniques.

Yes. Hikari sources and provides the base wig as part of the commission.
Any specific brand or material request should be included in your Commission Request.

At this time, we don’t accept customer-provided wigs.
This helps us maintain consistent quality and confirm that the base wig is suitable for the project.

Accessories, detachable parts, magnetic attachments, and decorative elements must be discussed before production.
Any items included in your commission will be listed in the Final Order Confirmation.

We’ll request the measurements needed for your project before production begins.
You don’t need to provide them when submitting your initial Commission Request unless the form specifically asks for them.
